Effective September 24, 2026. ScopeKit stores proposal fields in your browser’s localStorage. The application does not send proposal contents to our server. Anyone with access to this browser profile may read locally stored drafts. Clear site data to erase them; use Download data to keep a copy first. Site infrastructure may process standard connection logs. No analytics or marketing emails are currently collected. We have no account system or payment processing. For privacy requests, use the contact details supplied by the site owner when available.
Terms of Service
ScopeKit is supplied as an informational drafting tool without warranty. You are responsible for checking proposal details, prices, dates, legal wording, and suitability before sending. A proposal generated here does not itself create a signed agreement. Do not rely on local storage as your only backup. The free tool can change or cease availability. No subscription or paid feature is presently offered.
